PROS (of which there are many): - IT WORKS!! Oily skin gal here. This product has been AMAZING at managing my sebum/oil production and balancing out my skin tone after only about 3 months of use. 12% is a very sizeable % of niacinamide, and it definitely shows in how effective this product is. I can't wait to see what 12 months of regular use does! - AESTHETICS. The packaging decisions are overall very good! It's simple, elegant, beautiful, and so professional. The bottle also feels very high-quality. - THE BOX. I love love love researching different ingredients and the theory/science behind skincare, so I was really jazzed to see how you could take the outer box apart and learn more about the effects and benefits of niacinamide and zinc for your skin. SO smart, and the interactiveness was really neat. - FUNCTION. I LOVE the pump. It's so easy to use, and just one pump deposits the perfect amount needed for my whole face, plus another half pump for my neck. I'm so tired of all the droppers, so a pump is a refreshing change. - FORMULA. It's a slightly thicker serum that I find easier to apply than super liquidy serums. It doesn't go everywhere. It sinks into the skin well. It also feels so smooth and luxurious on the skin without getting really sticky, so it's extremely enjoyable to use. And fragrance free! CONS (only a few, and very minor) - LARGE PACKAGING. It's a pretty tall bottle in comparison to some other dropper-packaged serums I have (see pics below for size comparisons), so that might be something to keep in mind if you're traveling or just want to save space. It's not super massive, and I truly don't mind the taller size. But there might be someone out there who does. It's also on the heavier side of serum bottles. - OPAQUE PACKAGING. Although I think the opaque and simple packaging of this serum is absolutely GORGEOUS, I wish I could see much serum I have left in the bottle. And since the bottle is a bit heavier than other serum bottles, I can't tell how much is left based on weight. A little bummed out about that. - NO INGREDIENTS ON BOTTLE. The ingredients WERE listed on the box itself, thankfully. However, none on the bottle itself. Serums usually don't include their ingredients on the bottles themselves, I guess because there's not enough space. However, since this bottle is quite a bit bigger than most serums, I do think there was enough room to stick on an ingredient list on there somewhere, even on the side of the cap if need be. I didn't want to keep the box because it takes up space, so I now have to go online if I want to look at the ingredients. A little bummed about that, but still not a big deal. Overall, I am SO SO SO HAPPY I purchased this. I'm really excited to try out more products from Susan Yara's brand. Her knowledge and passion for skincare is through the ROOF, so I was so so excited when I heard she launched Naturium. I've used this off and on for like a month I think. I've been more consistent for about 3 or 4 days. So far, I do see a nice, slight difference. I'm almost 34 years old. I have the 11 wrinkles pretty noticeably, and forehead wrinkles starting to show very lightly. I also have 2 dark spots from two really bad acne spots that I relentlessly pick at when my anxiety is at its highest. The sun didn't help those. I also have a splotch on the other side of my head (just slightly darker marks on my temple, in a group. Not from acne, just the sun I think). My forehead wrinkles have disappeared. My 11s are noticeably less deep. My 2 dark spots aren't a fair difference because I've also been using brightening patches directly on them. The splotch on the other temple is lightening as well. My complexion overall is looking brighter. This was definitely worth the money, and is a part of my routine. My skin is combination. I have normal skin, but if I go too long between showers, my T zone gets oily. I use this in place of a moisturizer and it hasn't affected my skin either way (it isn't any drier, and my T zone still gets oily if I need a shower). ... show more

Not an AI, paid for, or fake review. This stuff WORKS. I was hitting a plateau in my skincare routine rotating through 1% retinol and glycolic acid. Wasn’t seeing results like I used to so I decided to switch glycolic acid out for niacinamide and I am so glad I did!! After the first day my skin looked so much brighter and felt nice and firm, but not dried out. I did experience a moderate amount of peeling about 36 hour after my first application. But that’s NORMAL and expected when using an exfoliant like this. I took some good old st. Ives scrub to it to get rid of what was left and what remained was beautiful radiant skin! My daily makeup application looks so much better. I’m a tired working mom with two little kids so anything to help improve my skin is a huge win! ... show more
