After ordering these exact pills for three times each time they arrived stuck together, but that is simply because of the warmer temperatures now. Simply chill them in the fridge or keep them in a cool location, and you can literally shake the bottle and they will all fall apart. Don’t miss out just because of a couple of bad reviews. These are great for the price and what they do. But this is the second time that I’ve received them sticking together in the bottle. Thank goodness when I pull them apart they don’t break. You kind of get a fish taste when you burp as well but it’s not bothersome.

So I've been getting back into lifting weights and calisthenics. I wanted to add supplements to improve my overall physical health along with the diet I'm on. Did some research on supplements to help with joint health. Found out fish oil helps alot with that department. Then I found this brand it was the most affordable and the best reviews in my opinion. 60 capsules for 9 dollars is a good deal. I placed an order immediately and started adding it to my supplement rotation. Well after 2 weeks of taking them everyday I noticed my joints don't make much noise when I would squat 190 pounds or leg press 230. Even my running time got a bit better. Now it only works of you take them everyday or as your doctor recommended. But the capsules are a bit big but sometimes you just gotta drink alot of water to get e down. They arrived sealed with the moisture absorbing packet in place. They were completely glued together. At first it was just annoying but as the bottle emptied about 1/3 of the way it became nearly impossible to pry the capsules away from each other.
