I used this and other pain relief patches at different times. This I liked during day. . Easy to apply. Provides relief. I also used heat and ice interchangeably. Heat at night. This and ice wrap knee supporter worked well.

These get pretty warm if you get hot. I only use them during colder months and NEVER on my backside if I’ll be sitting on a heated seat. I also don’t recommend if you’re doing something physical such as working out or housework. They get quite uncomfortable. That said, they’re utterly priceless! I have a pretty severe connective tissue disorder and always have areas of pain. These are gentle yet tough. They cling, but don’t tear the skin when removed. I like them a lot! These are the most fast acting pain relievers I’ve ever seen. Ditch your CBD oils and icy hot and grab this instead. Can’t recommend enough! The patches are the best !
