    • Wow! Quick relief from my wrist pain

I have pain in my wrist and decided to try these patches, they are large so I simply cut into strips to fit my needs. I put one on my wrist for my sever tendon pain, went about my morning making coffee then noticed the pain had subsided! Even when I push on the painful spot it is barely a dull pain now.     • Nice patches
The patches stay on great. They are difficult to get on smoothly because the backing peels off from the full length of the patch instead of the short side which is much easier to get started and finish applying. I did take off a star because they put only 6 patches in each box and the boxes are huge. In fact, I put all 18 patches in 1 of the boxes and still had room to spare. Do not appreciate the waste in packaging since each patch is very well sealed in its own foil envelope. The only reason I'm giving them a three is because they did not work for me but they might work for you, depending on the problem you are experiencing. They stick nicely, smell fine and are a good value for the money. But, like I said, they did not help my sciatic issue

This has no harmful chemicals & does stick where it is placed. It is a strong adhesive, but just get it wet in a shower to have it release. Older folks with thinner skin should use the water method to release. It stays on with normal activity. Pulling to remove it, is not recommended. You can cut one in strips to use on neck or other narrower places. No scent that I could detect. I like this product. I also like the larger size. ... show more

    • They get hot!
These get pretty warm if you get hot. I only use them during colder months and NEVER on my backside if I’ll be sitting on a heated seat. I also don’t recommend if you’re doing something physical such as working out or housework. They get quite uncomfortable. That said, they’re utterly priceless! I have a pretty severe connective tissue disorder and always have areas of pain. These are gentle yet tough. They cling, but don’t tear the skin when removed. I like them a lot! Complete scam. I bought the product because the listed ingredients were limited. Problem is they neglected to include the INACTIVE INGREDIENTS which are nowhere to be seen in the advertising only on the package and are a NIGHTMARE. This is deceptive advertising.
