I have had success with other lidocaine products before at the same or a lower concentration then this one however this does absolutely nothing I bought it to take the sting off when using my tria laser hair remover and... It still hurts the same. Tested it on my hand too, no affect. Now I've used a different brand of lidocaine at 4% and that was strong enough to pierce my lip and feel nothing but this can't even slightly take the edge off of ANYTHING. Don't waste your money. Aspercreme is better. Emla is even more better. ... show more

I purchased for the good 'ol Brazilian. The cream I had tried before worked, but did leave my skin red and irritated. I thought this would be much easier to apply and could hopefully cut down on 'over using' which result in the irritation. It certainly numbs you, but still very skin irritant. Will try with a tattoo or piercing, but waxes down under are a no go with this. ... show more

Im so glad i ordered this along with Bactine because this was absolute garbage. It did nothing but burn and absolutely did nothing for pain at all. The bactine was a game changer and for a quarter of the price. i am realy not happy about the cost of such a fail.

First i have to say I am covered with tattoos and have been in pain for every single one of them. Nothing has numbed it, ever....until I used this. I literally could not feel ANYTHING. Spraying on unbroken skin does provide numbness of a tolerable level (for the lining of the tattoo), the pain isnt gone entirely-feels like scratching pain only. Be sure to apply to entire area getting the tattoo for at least 30 min prior to start. The real miracle comes when its sprayed on the area that just was lined. Once on the skin, you get a burning sensations for <30 seconds and then your COMPLETELY NUMB almost immediately! After 3 hours of use, reapplying in areas getting the work done, then during the final shading period I FELT NOTHING. No pain whatsoever (except in areas that werent pre-treated prior to start of tattoo). I had a large tattoo on my shoulder which is a very painful area. Also, the tattoo was almost completely healed in 5 days, barely any flaking, barely any reddness after the first 48 hours. I will be using this product going forward every single time for tattooing and maybe even on areas that I wouldnt due to the pain level.
