Hopefully these will be beneficial. The reason I chose these is because most of the vitamins don’t exceed 100% DV. I personally don’t believe high dose formulas are beneficial and can actually be harmful. My husband has used the Mens Alive 50+ tabs for a long time. Popping gummies in your mouth is just more convenient and, I’m assuming, have more absorbency. But, that said, they are sweet. They need to cut back on the sugar. I Might have to split the dose. They do have a little bit of a medicinal taste but then they aren’t meant to taste like candy. I like the added Orchard Blend. Not sure it’s all just hype. Hope this helps in your decision making. I really like these as daily multivitamins. They taste good, the gummy doesn't stick to my teeth and they don't upset my stomach. I have had other vitamins in the past that will make me feel sick after I take them, especially in the morning on an empty stomach. But not these, they are no issue at all.
