This product came well packaged and was prompt in delivery. Upon opening the package, my olfactory senses were assaulted with a burnt odor. The taste ranges between wet ashes to burnt tire sludge. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the taste. I switched to pills for about a month and started getting super tired. Switched back to this and immediately had more energy and my girlfriend said she could feel the difference (which I could see) worth the taste!

I work 12 hours rotating schedule and would be dragging by the end of my shift. I never felt like I got enough rest. But since I've started taking this shilajit I have energy that I haven't had since before I had my kids!! It's not just the energy, no brain fog either.
