Initially I thought that all I had to do is apply and massage, I didn’t read the instructions, so after a long workout I started to use this right away. It would sting a bit at first and I didn’t wash it right away. I wasn’t using it as recommended as I later found out. Works better, doesn’t sting as much if I rinse off then apply, and remove it after several minutes. This has helped a bit on muscles, and my daughter also uses it for eczema and it seems to be effective for that. Good product and comes in a good travel size. ... show more

I was looking forward to being able to write a review on this product. I loved how it was 4oz so I could get it through TSA; I do a lot of traveling. But when I received the product there was oil everywhere. It was missing the cap, there was no packaging so the sprayer loosened and oil was everywhere inside the mailing envelope. Hopefully Amazon and whoever ships this product will learn from this and package the product properly so nobody has to the same experience as I did.     • relieves muscle cramps pretty quickly

I had the unfortunate...or maybe I should say 'fortunate'... opportunity to use this almost immediately after I received it. I was trying to stretch out my feet and calves, and actually wound up triggering a very painful, and visible, muscle cramp in the back of my calf. When I was able to hobble again, I picked this up from the nightstand and sprayed it on and rubbed it in, and the cramp dissipated within about 5 minutes. I didn't really have any kind of skin unpleasantness, as some folks report, and I left it on without rinsing it off, because I didn't want to risk another cramp. I'm using a little each day, kind of pre-emptively, but also because it's supposed to bypass the digestive tract, where oral magnesium can cause some unpleasantness, even when taking the tummy-friendly forms of magnesium. ... show more
