This is gonna be used as rewards for a class where children earn a stone and they have to collect them all. This would work fine and the size is perfect. If you need an even amount of each variety that would be highly unlikely. My son enjoyed sorting them. Fair price compared to other sets out there I think. I had 14-15 different varieties. The media could not be loaded. I ordered the 3/4” size stones but most of them were smaller than that. Decent variety but nothing exciting I don’t already have: Quartz, Rose Quartz, Amethyst, Dalmation Jasper, Green Adventurine, Blue Quartz, Sodalite, Snowflake Obsidian, Red Agate, Red Jasper, Tiger’s Eye, Unakite, and Howlite. It’s a box of rocks. It keeps my kids entertained and there’s enough in there that they don’t have to fight over them, like they do with some of the smaller assortment of rocks that they have.
