The media could not be loaded. This was very fun to do with my daughter. I was very impressed to see it grow the way it did. If your tree doesn’t grow it’s because of something you did wrong . It started to grow in about 30 minutes or so now the crystals are very delicate and will fall off I enjoyed it all so thank you ... show more

Only thing I didn’t care for was the markers to color the board with. They took forever and the crystals weren’t as bright as expected. However, they turned out really pretty and she woke up to a really pretty crystal tree that last a long time.

Ours didn't bloom as shown on the box. The crystals only bloom from half way of the branches to the tip. My 5-year-old daughter and her 6-year-old friend enjoy coloring it and watching it grow. But the crystals are too fragile. We can not touch it, even a very gentle one, otherwise, several blooms fall. Kids kinda disappointed watching half of their efforts just fall off easily:( ... show more

My daughters absolutely loved this project 4&7). I try to do a science project every week and they asked if we could do this one again. It’s great to start this in the morning and then check back on it throughout the D’Souza so they can make observations. They thoroughly enjoyed coloring their trees and making their own designs. The markers are small so it takes longer to color…but if you are looking for a project to keep them occupied the longer they color the longer they are entertained. The photos of my trees are about 4 hours into the process. A bunch of stuff fell off because I have curious cats.
