I got this as a gift for my little brother and he absolutely loved it. He’s had entertainment outside for weeks now, he loves it! He’s dropped it and thrown it many times as kids do and it has not even cracked and I think that’s great quality. This is such a great bug habitat. Love the 2 different magnifying sides. Has air holes on the top, a carrying handle, and easy open tabs. The piece inside is removable so it can be washed. My 5 yr old son loves catching bugs and keeping them as “pets” for a little while. I make sure he releases them when he’s done. Great price too. Highly recommend! ... show more

My son loves this bug catcher. It’s very easy to use and you can see the bugs clearly in the magnifying glass. The only problem is the lid where the magnifying glass is keeps falling apart and I have to constantly reassemble it.

Pros: sturdy, durable plastic, accessories are good quality, magnifying portions work great!, great value for the price Cons: wish it came in different colors, lid is difficult to get on and off for little fingers I would buy this big container again! We have had others before that didn’t hold up against rough and tumble kids. This one is still in pristine condition after many inhabitants have used it. My grandson has had such an amazing time with this bug habitat! He is fascinated by all insects and has really enjoyed studying and learning about them. The picture shows him catching a moth and observing it “closely“! 🤣
