This is the best buy for kids birthday parties and every day use. I have 5 granddaughters ages 4 to 9 years old and they love it and their friends love it. It is very sturdy and easy to put up and put away. We have used it all summer and I gave had no problems, I see us using it for many years.

The pool at the bottom has no cushion on bottom so kids hurt themselves, had to buy foam thick pads and add thick quilt at the bottom so no one got hurt

I had to write this review in an effort to warn other potential customers. The seller sent a defective waterslide - the water sprayer hose was cracked and did not spray water in the slide part, making it very difficult for my kids to actually glide down the slide. After numerous attempts to work with the seller to return the slide including sending so many emails, making phone calls sending pictures etc. their response was the 30 day return window had closed! Even though I’d I initially informed them within a few days after the slide arrived and was corresponding with them regarding the defective item the seller stated the return window expired leaving me stuck with a water slide with no water! Very bad customer service!!! Thank God for Amazon stepping in to reimburse on behalf of the seller or I would’ve had to figure out how to repair a broken waterslide. I don’t recommend purchasing anything from this seller. Should your item happen to arrive broken from the shipping process or for some other incident, you will be stuck with it and out of your hard earned money! ... show more
