It’s a big beautiful slide/water slide pool. We have only used it twice so far , but it seems to be high quality. And we had a great time. And you will need the proper hand truck/ dolly because it’s extremely bulky and heavy….Cons: 1 The blower must stay on/running or the bottom pool area will also deflate therefore whatever water that’s inside the pool will spill out . 2 The sprinkler/ water connector needs improvement, it makes no sense to have a push in Hose area instead of a true connection….update now summer 2024 and it’s held up very well…and we have enjoyed it very much. I would recommend tis slide with the same pros and cons. And i hope the water connection is now a true connector instead of a push in. ... show more

I have a rental company and use Jump orange 19’ waterslides regularly and all have been shipped and arrived with the correct blower to keep slide firm. (2 horsepower) This waterslide in particular was shipped with a smaller blower (1.5 horsepower) and the slide is not firm enough. I tried to contact Amazon and Jump orange but this has proven to be difficult and disappointing. Love the waterslide but sending the wrong blower without an easy exchange is frustrating. Not sure what to do to remedy the situation. If I can get the correct size blower with minimal effort I would rate at 5 stars. ... show more

Horrible from the start, They don't mind taking your money at all, Tracking provided was " Shipment was picked up" , No Kidding!!!! Had to contact them for some kind of tracking, shipment arrived way later than was told, got the item and of course the Heart of the slide is the Air Supply ( Blower) the Blower fan I recieved is bad, has a squeal like Bearings are gone, It looks Used!!! contacted them about it because we cant use it when the blower can't air it up,and this wasn't a cheap item $3866.00 isn't cheap, But the Blower they sent isn't worth $0.50 , and the reply I got was for me to package it up and send it back at my cost, nothing about sending me a replacement blower. Kind of like a "Take the money and run" kind of Buisness. please be more careful than Myself in buying one of these, But Hey!! The Grandkids Said It's Kinda Dead Like The real Dinosaurs... ... show more

Slide is huge and seems to be good quality, but the blower that comes with it is to weak. The flames that cross the middle of the slide are limp. I thought maybe a zipper was open, but after checking multiple times I realize it’s gotta be the blower. Will soon buy an additional blower and see if that fixes the problem. Also it says online max weight is 200lbs per person but the rule patch on the slide says 175lbs. Small things I guess but when you pay $4 grand for something you expect it to do what is says.
