Did you know that iodine is one of the most important minerals our bodies need and can’t really get from food because our soil is so depleted? I watched dr. Seems like a great value with minimal taste. However after reading multiple studies and articles, the general worldwide consensus is that for the average adult the max you should take is 150mcg. The minimum dose of this product is 600mcg; 400% higher. Pregnant and deficient adults can exceed 150mcg per the articles I've read (I'm not a doctor). Just do some research before you take the 1800mcg dosage reccomendation on the product. ... show more

Great source of iodine! The size of the bottle is great (2 fl oz), and it contains a generous quantity (~400 servings), making it an excellent value for the cost. It is super easy to use. With a simple squeeze of the dropper in the bottle and then your mouth, you can easily measure out/take your dose with no fuss or mess. It is a clear liquid, kind of like water. What is there to say about Iodine? As far as I can tell it is working as it should. I bought it as I wanted a new bottle of clear Iodine and this was recommended. I will update later.

Who knows if this actually does any good or not or if it’s just another entry into the pantheon of useless quack “medicines”. It’s not like you are going to notice any change in your health from using this product. That said, at least it does not have much negative impact on the taste of whatever you put it in so that’s something I guess. ... show more
