Chrome legs, the big round ones, especially in the back when delivered were already a road in a little bit at the top, so will only get worse in time middle leg support with the round screw thing that will allow to adjust to level was bent in the middle, so unable to level , white platter was nice not cheap, looking per se, but wrinkled that did not come out within a few days. Also marked in some spots just a few with some type of brown marking. Did not try to take it out because I am returning. Also the adjustments for leaning back aren’t comfortable. They are set an awkward spacing, and I guess like any type of convenient bed whether it be a sofa bed or what not there’s an uncomfortable bar or hard or not in the mirror that makes it difficult to sleep on working with bender now, so jury is still out how difficult it will be to return it says nothing about returns or what not so I will keep you posted. Update this company makes it in your possible to return even if there’s damage they send you a return label that is not able to be picked up by FedEx because it’s not marked correctly and then they put the onus on you to try to figure it out. And then you try to work with Amazon and they tell you to wait 48 hours than the company says and tries to do something else and then you have to wait another 48 etc. The proverbial runaround. It’s been over a month. I am still trying to get the product back to the company. I have no desire to keep it, and would like my money back, knowing his helping in the least other than trying to put the onus on me so much for the A-to-Z or good customer service…… ... show more

    • Terrible construction...waste of money! Plus update

First of all, this couch is so heavy it sat under my carport where the delivery guy put it until 2 grown men came and helped me get it inside. Then the legs will NOT screw into the holes. They are all stripped. It is so defective. And on top of that 2 of the legs don't have predrilled holes. You just have to guess where they go ..but it doesn't matter because the legs will NOT screw into the holes ...so I have a couch upside down in my living room with no legs on it because they won't screw in...and 3 different people have tried...and I don't have the tools to be pre drilling holes for the other legs. This is ridiculous! Now I've got to get someone to come get this thing out of my house and take it to the dump. Waste of money and time!!!! UPDATE...I contacted the seller and within hours they had refunded me the entire purchase. So, although their product is defective and I can not use it, thank God I got my money back. Hopefully, they will read the reviews and work on product development, or at the least offer replacement legs. The problem is the legs. They will not go into the holes, and there are no predrilled holes for the plates. POWER DRILL IS A MUST AND EXTRA LEGS should be included. Anyway, thankful the seller made it right. ... show more

    • Cheap couch collapsed under 120 pounds

AVOID - WILL NOT LAST EVEN WITH GENTLE USE. The metal of the middle legs has completely warped and bent after less than a year of use, even though I am only 120 pounds - well under the touted 600 pounds max weight. The middle supports have disfigured, causing the sofa to collapse inward, but all I have been doing is sitting and reclining on this sofa, and I am only 1/5th the maximum weight this sofa is supposed to support. The low price is enticing but it's cheap for a reason - save yourself the hassle and time in the long run and invest in a slightly better couch, or try your luck with another brand. I thought this couch would’ve been perfect for our small home and at first it was. It folds out to a futon bed but in reality only one person would be able to sleep on it if in a pinch. Or maybe two small children because if an adult sits in it while it’s open, they will fall. We’ve had this sofa for seven months and it’s begun to tear at the seams. We don’t even use it much except when we have company over since we both work all day. It’s disappointing that after seven months I have to look into remedies for torn sofas. ... show more

I love this little futon sofa, the color is beautiful. It matches really well with my decorations. I purchased this for my husbands studio/office and it fits nicely; it’s small and when you open this it’s a nice size bed for one person only, small person. Not for big people or too heavy men. My husband is big and heavy, we purchased an extra foam mattress 2” to put in tip and it’s still not enough: he said it’s still too hard to sleep for a whole week there, it’s good for a couple of nights only. We will get probably a thicker topper mattress and try with that. Other than that, it’s nice , I recommend it... it’s not easy to assembly and you won’t do it fast. It takes time, but the instructions are clear and easy to follow. It’s not heavy to carry and move around. I hope this helps you make a decision if you are thinking to buy this futon. ... show more
