These lights are impressive for the price. The waterproof housings have sliding brackets which allow them to shift a little laterally, and the ribbing means they clamp down securely so vibration and rough roads can't bounce them out of vertical adjustment. The brackets can also be flipped and allow them to be mounted in front of a bumper or surface, so a variety of mounting options. The wire will still exit on the same side though, so they won't appear symmetrical if installed in pairs. The beam pattern has a horizontal fog light band from the central ribbon of LEDs, then the other ten LED chips in their individual reflectors focus into a loose spot beam for medium distance illumination. The power consumed in operation of these lights is only 14 watts, not the 60 they claim. This is disappointing, but not really surprising for lights imported from across the pond. The NAOEVO branding is boldly emblazoned on the front sides of the lights, etched in to resist removal. Free advertising unless you can figure a way to cover it up. Despite these complaints, they're currently offered at only $8/light. That's a reasonable price for economy lights which do put out a fair amount of light and appear able to last a few years. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I'm not new to these style lights and these STILL impressed me! I have been running pod style lights like these on my work trucks for years now and liked them so much that I added a set to my zero turn mower. These are better than anything I own though! These are super bright as to be expected but they have a way better beam pattern than all my other pod LEDs. The have a great spot that throws a long long way and is very usable and at the same time they offer a flood light that lights up the distance between where the light is and where the spot is shining. That makes these 100% more useful because there is useable bright light between where the spot is aimed and where the light is mounted! These are like turning on daylight in front of you! No dark spots or dead zones. That is what I love the most about these. I did put a beam shot in my video that is attached to this review for your reference and as good as it looks I have to be honest and tell you it looks even better in person. These are well built and solid with scuffs, dings dents or scratches and come with everything you need to mount them. I have plans for this pair and I like them so much that I will be ordering a second pair to run on my other truck. I have been running pods for 5+ years on my work truck and they have been great and these look to be built identically to those, if not a little nicer finish and cleaner LED layout in the reflector. I have no issue recommending these and I'm more than happy to spend my own money on these and order up some more of them for an additional project. These are great! I have zero regrets on the order and I am actually very happy I decided to order and found such an awesome beam pattern on a pod style light. A+++ item! ... show more

I used these to replace the rear lights on my tractor since they had an annoying strobe light feature requiring to turn on/off several times to cycle through the settings. These mounted extremely easily and after adding the traditional style plug, it was done. Very simple and very bright. I read reviews of self-made scientists complaining about the "beam" not being perfect on these style LED affordable lights. These are similar and do not project the perfect cone of light. But what it does do is provide a boat-load of light and illuminates the entire work area. It is also super helpful when backing up at night. All of this I expected from these lights and considering the cost, I wouldn't expect a set of lights that projected a flawless beam. I've been wanting some bright lights for my Jeep that could be mounted on the top of my hood. They will mostly be used for off road. However, I will certainly use them when I'm on the highway by myself. I drive a lot of country roads where these will come in very handy. The construction is really nicely done. The front looks great, and the back is finned for cooling. It appears to be all metal with a very nice black anodized finish (or could be electroplate). I haven't mounted these yet because I am waiting on the brackets. But, I can already tell they will look great. They sport simple 12V black & red leads for wiring. They come with the metal brackets which will attach to the larger brackets which in turn will attach to each fender. These will be just below the driver's head height when installed. I'm super pleased... so, I would definitely order these again. ... show more

These are decent little lights especially for the price. The lenses are nice and clear, the LEDs are good quality and they are bright. The wiring is 16 gauge which seems sufficient for the wattage and the leads come tinned which means they at least put some care into the manufacturing of them. However, there are two flaws with these lights: 1) The logo of the company "NAOEVO" is etched into the metal housing of the lights with a fiber laser so you can't just scrub it off or remove a decal. And the logo is on both ends of each light, so there's no hiding it. If you are putting these on your lawn mower, tractor, etc then that will be fine, but don't expect to be able to tell your buddies at the next Jeep meet that they were expensive because they don't look the part. 2) There are two captive nuts in the back of each light, sliding loosely in a slot for you to use their mount. If you don't use that mount, you have... two nuts sliding loosely around, loudly rattling in the light. That could get annoying real quick. Beyond those two issues, these are pretty decent. The mounts are fair and wouldn't take much of a beating on the trail, but if you need some cheap lights for your rig, these will work. ... show more
