I find it difficult to drink enough water, this smaller, and very sturdy bottle makes it less of a thing to carry water with me. Unlike other bottles, it is not bulky, heavy, and does not leak. cool ugly color combo too! goes great with my Cleve Browns stickers.

This water bottle can actually hold slightly more than 16 ounces (probably close to 18). The bottle itself is wider than the wide-mouth 16oz, but narrower than the 32oz Nalgene. For daily use, I love these smaller water bottles since they are easier to carry with me. This is my first narrow-mouth Nalgene, and I like how easy it is to drink from. I also like that the cap is small enough for a young child to grip well - my 3 year old niece tested it, & was able to open & close it by herself with ease. The only slight negative is that it doesn’t fit the car cup holders of my 1998 Honda CRV, but that’s what I expected. It’s completely leak proof, so you can put it wherever else is convenient (carabiners are perfect for clipping Nalgenes to things). Hand-washing is surprisingly easy, because a baby bottle brush fits through the mouthpiece with little effort. I’ve also run it through the dishwasher without any issues. ... show more

I usually use glass or metal, but for travel it’s so much lighter to have a plastic bottle. This one is indeed lightweight. It doesn’t spill. You can fill it to just over 16 oz, so it holds enough for a plane/bus ride. The plastic doesn’t make the water taste icky, and it fits on a side mesh pocket of a backpack. I LOVE the color of this bottle, and I love the measurements on the side of the bottle. I will say, it can be difficult to see the level of the liquid through the dark green color, as opposed to a clear bottle. If you’re filling the bottle without wanting to measure, then you’ll be just fine. But if you’re filling to a specific measurement, make sure there’s enough lights to be able to see water, through the bottle. ... show more
