Really disappointing poor quality. The filing surfaces are not hardy enough to actually make an impact on nails. The scratches shown on the picture are from only a few strokes. The buffer material is glued on a very hollow feeling styrofoam and the block is squishy. Compared to a store bought one it is a stark difference. Could be okay for shining nails but certainly not filing and smoothing nail edges. ... show more
