The media could not be loaded. I’m loving this pc I did upgrade the ram to rgb to match the rgb in the computer I upgraded the video card to a amd 550 8 gb and it is running smoothly. And costumer service is the best I had a small hiccup I emailed them I got a response right away and my issue was resolved, quickly. It is running all my stem games I’m getting 102 fps on rise of tomb raider on ultra settings so if u won’t a grate pc for not a lot of money u need to buy this one ... show more

The media could not be loaded. My 11 yr old is a huge computer geek. This has been a wonderful set up for him. He loves it. If he has any complaints, I haven't hear them.

Good PC so far for what it’s worth, only thing I’d say is it doesn’t come with a gpu, we’ll it does but the one that’s already in the pc is like bare minimum I’d say. but I was able to snag a used gtx 1650super graphics card that work great. Also for upgrades make sure what your upgrading can fit, and know that some of the cords that you may need are zip tied into a certain part of the pc, you may have to unscrew a side to get to em. Lastly, if you copy and paste the info on the PC into google or something, some has reviewed it on YouTube, I’d recommend you check that out before purchasing as well. ... show more

    • Be careful with MXZ.
I purchased a different model MXZ computer. It worked fairly well with one issue, it would not do a soft shutdown. Instead it a would just do a restart. So I did some research, tried everything everybody suggested, updated BIOS, nothing worked. I decided I'm working to hard on a new computer, so I broke down and called the tech support number listed. I actually got Amazon who did a half hearted attempt at a Tier 1 support try then said return it. I searched for a website, gone. I probably would have been happy with it if that one little glitch hadn't happened but good luck with the "Lifetime Tech Support" ... show more

    • Pair this with a gpu, and you're set.
Although the case of this PC has given me a lot of trouble, I'd say it's pretty good value for what you're paying. It has all the essentials except for a graphics card, in which you'll only have to spend an extra 100-300 dollars, which may sound like a lot, but you can find a used GPU for cheap.
