I needed a new battery for my '07 HD Dyna Street Bob. Saw all the positive review for this one (and read the very few bad reviews) and decided it was worth a shot. The battery was shipped in a very well padded box. Solid Styrofoam packing all around the inner box. The batter came with new bolts, in case your old ones were crappy.     • Excellent price excellent performance
This works great in the 01 Harley Davidson Dyna superglide. Replaced it and it started immediately. The $300 battery I had in the Harley was in there for at least 5 years. It should have been changed within the 3 year period. Had replaced the stator with the old battery and was still jumping it. Now its charging excellent and hoping it will last a few years. UPDATE AGAIN!! I reached out to Throttle X and their customer service is excellent! They replaced my battery in a week and now I’m rolling again with a brand new battery! I am happy with this company! UPDATE!!! Do not buy this battery!! It is now dead and didn’t even make it one year! Starts out great but then just dies and will not even take a charge! Better buy the 2 year replacement plan if you buy it!! I went from 5 stars to 1 star in 11 months! Turns the bike over probably better than any other battery I have bought. Im not sure if it's actually 550 cranking amps but it spins the engine well, and faster than the auto part stores batteries. No regrets here, I'd say it's worth the money. ... show more

I keep all our motorcycles (5) on a trickle-charger. Battery did amazing at first. Then not even two months later; nothing. Put the charger in recovery mode and nothing. Had to purchase another battery from another dealer. Maybe the battery was faulty but, if so, I am outside the window. Do not buy this battery! ... show more

These batteries are remanufactured overseas and distributed by BSI, for the price I would of expected a new battery with new cells, battery arrived in good working order fits perfect in a 2010 fxdc however lifespan will be in question.

    • MX20L battery
This is an excellent battery, with the required AMPS I was looking for. I recently installed a winch on my UTV which requires more AMPS to operate properly so it won't burn up the winch. Most small standard batteries that come with the UTV to operate most winches do not supply the proper AMPS. I used a 3500 lb. winch which, I also installed dual batteries with an isolator to charge both batteries when the motor is running, the auxiliary battery is for the winch only. I won't have to worry about running the main battery down, leaving me stranded and not able to start UTV. You do not want to use an acid filled battery due to a roll over and acid leaks for battery. This is excellent battery for my use. I wired a separate switch from the auxiliary battery to reduce the possibility of battery drain just for the winch solenoid. Most installers do not do this. I call it preventive maintenance. The supplier shipped it well packaged and a very prompt. I would highly recommend the supplier and the battery used as to use for winches, stereos, or any other accessory that requires long period of use. ... show more

    • Great Battery So Far!! Turns over a Harley Fast.
I was attracted to this battery based on the reviews of their other Battery and the fact that it was rated for 500 CCA. I live in a colder climate and having a Harley they can be hard to turn over early in spring and late in fall. The battery came very quick (less than two days). The packaging was in tact with no issues. It came with new screws for the terminals as well. The battery is sealed and looks like a quality product. Much better than the last two motorcycle batteries I got from Advanced Auto Parts and Batteries Plus. Batteries are a weird thing, sometimes you get one that last for years, other times the same brand will die after one season. I am hoping to find a reliable brand to stick with. I bought this for a 2003 Fat Boy. It fit perfectly in the bike. Installation was easy. It was fully charged. Wow it does turn over the bike super fast. No hesitation so far. I will update later as we are about to head out on a long trip. I am hoping it lasts several years. ... show more

More CCA in 20L size battery. I had been searching for a battery to turn over my old hot rod Shovel, that was small enough to fit in the horseshoe oil tank. I had tried most of the name brand batteries even the yusa agm. Even with the high torque starter and they all grew weak after a few weeks. I decided to try this one, and I am glad I did. It spins my high compression shovelhead like it was stock. The other batteries wouldn't even turn her over if I didn't let her cool down for a while. I have already ordered another one for my twinky.
