  • Best lower cost lithium I've tried
Size: One Size
I have a 1993 Harley Davidson FLHTC. I've replaced the motor with a 113cu high compression engine. I added electric compression releases, but the motor still turns really slow with the AGM battery. The problem is that the battery compartment only allows 3.5" for battery depth. That max's the CCAs to 350. I bought an EarthX battery, and it was amazing. It was also 800$. It quit after a year. EarthX honored the warranty and sent me a new one. That one lasted about 8 months, but I found that a mouse had chewed my ignition wires and it send a dead short to the battery. That certainly is not covered under a warranty. Not having 800$ to shell out again, I bought a Wicked Start AGM. It's supposed to be 500CCA. It certainly didn't spin the motor like 500cca, but it started the bike. Just went to ride this weekend, and it was cold. Battery was fully charged, but it cranked very slow, then died. I jumped it with a jump pack and it worked all day. Tried to start it that night, after the temp dropped, and it died again. Battery tests good, it just can't crank my motor when the oil and the air is cold. Back to lithium. Did a lot of shopping and found this Noco. I like their chargers, so with the reviews, specs and price, I ordered the NLP20. Installed with no problem. It has really nice cable mounting options! It's light and has everything you need to make it taller of shorter with the accessories they give you. Anyway...the motor spins just as amazingly as it did with the EarthX. Starts in cold (it was 48 when I started it again this morning) just as vigorously as when it's warm (it was 80 in Daytona for Biketoberfest last week). I can't speak for longevity, but I'm hopeful. There are good and bad reviews for almost everything. For the price difference between EarthX (or even Anti_Grav) and this NoCo, it seems well worth it for me. Update 2-19-2024: Went out to the garage yesterday and started the bike for the first time since early November. It was 40 degrees, and the bike cranked super-fast, with no issues. ... show more

  • Awesome Battery
Size: One Size
Well after almost 3yrs the MotoBatt MBTX24U AGM battery went on my 2020 Can-Am Spyder F3 Limited. I was going back and forth between another MotoBatt or trying the NOCO Lithium NLP20. I did see that someone installed the NLP14 but looking at it and comparing the measurements the NLP20 is closer to the OEM size as far as dimensions when using the included spacers (I used 2 of the 3 larger and the small). After installation all I have to say is WOW! The NOCO started up the bike right away! No VSS Fault or codes of any kind. I highly recommend the NOCO Lithium battery! Weight difference in of itself is amazing. ... show more

  • works great in my 2001 Honda Goldwing with two of the 15mm spacers
Size: One Size
Had to grind a couple nubs off the battery connectors on the bike side though, but trivial stuff for anyone handy. Even though it was half charged (all lithium batteries are supposed to be shipped that way), it started my 1800cc motor 6-8 times right off the bat, with no charging inbetween. Since it has a much smaller Ah rating than a standard battery, you should NOT be leaving it sitting for much time with the lights on but not running, as it will drain much quicker. But for starting, it does the trick, and very light. Can't speak to longevity though yet. ... show more

  • Poor Lifespan!!! Mine only lasted 1.5 years before dying
Size: One Size
Like most reviews, at first battery does a fantastic job. Great power, slow discharge, and no issues other than the posts don’t fit the motorcycle battery connectors and have to be modified. I installed my NOCO 20 on my 2018 Honda Gold wing February of 2022 and no issues until the winter of 2023 around November. December. I went to start the bike after a week or two and while it did start there was a hesitation before starting this time. And noticed some of the settings on the bike were lost, as if the battery had been disconnected at some point prior. From that point on the loss in charge started to increase until at one point from a full charge with a lithium charger battery will discharge in 33 days and not be able to start the bike. I ride all year and don’t use a battery charger that often. That said, after install I could go a month with the bike sitting after a ride and be able to start it just as strong as day one. For some reason after a year and a half just started discharging at a high rate and I did use a meter to check to see if I had some kind of parasitic drain and did not. ... show more

  • Fits victory, no voltage drop at idle.
Size: One Size
Love this upgrade to my bike. Starts easier and I have noticed that my volt meter does not drop at idle with brake applied. Unlike the agm I replaced. Good quality..

  • Solved the Problem
Size: One Size
This went into a 2016 Indian Roadmaster. The lead acid battery was beginning to fail. Even though I kept it plugged in on a float charger, I started to have issues on starting: Clock would reset among other computer related issues.... The battery was difficult to install not due to the battery's manufacturer, but due to how much stuff Indian requires to be removed in order to just get to the battery. The kit came with everything needed and made installation smooth. It was a perfect fit. I cannot attest to longevity... batteries do not last long in the Tucson Arizona heat. However, the price was not too much more than a high quality lead acid battery. ... show more
