  • UPDATE.6/14/2020
Don't Buy this engine, just found out it's a standard 1.8 HP.We did a test on another 50cc motor/long case.cover is off,put tape on the bottom of the clutch bell, put tape on the bottom of the tire, mark the floor above the tape. We turn the tire & counted the turns on the clutch bell,13 times to 1 turn of the tire. They say 2.81 HP,in order to do that, you have to change the gear ratio's in the rear end/all racing gears.I don't know about the other person who got one of these or his gear ratio. First photo is when I got on August 12 2019,started modding it 4 weeks later & over the winter months and got it done on 3-6-2020.If you look at the front mirrors,I took off there mirrors & added led/turn signal blinkers & the handle bars & change out the rear blinkers for led's & wired them into the brake system. Now that I'am all done with modding the motorcycle, now it won't run.I took off the cover to look at the clutch for the 1st time 3-26-20.Found the screws were rusty & took everything out only to find that it's bone ass dry.Found left over grease that was burn onto the both drive shaft and the clutch shaft, what was left of the grease & the rollers were had flat spots on them & 3 of them were worn out. Replace the rollers with new ones & got it everything grease & put back together & motor will not run.Now my scooter mechanic will be over to pick it,to work on it UPDATE..4-11-20 Had the fuel lines hook up the right to the carb. He's the problem,my scooter mechanic found out why the new 2.81 HP,GY6 Motor Built by X-Pro,wouldn't stay running. The Rocker Arms were set Wrong, the Intake set screw side had a gap that you could fit the end of a small spoon in it.The Exhaust set screw was turn in almost all the way in,so Valve would barely open,& the locking nut had it's corners rounded off. Got it fix & he set the Intake at 3mm/Exhaust at 4mm,runs great,it's still at the shop. But got to test ride it & got it up to 35 mph,not knowing the tires were real low on air or I could've gone faster. ... show more

  • Good product but had shipping issue
Packaged nicely, but box was placed another box sideways, causing oil to spill all over the engine. Required a lot of cleanup. Also, intake spacer was installed backwards and was only found due to taking parts off to clean oil.
