So, I bought this back in January and finally got the opportunity to wear it to an event. While going through security one of the links just came out and watch shattered on the floor. I reached out to Amazon and got you need to contact the Manufacturer for warranty replacement etc. Well, I reached out to MVMT on Feb 28 and got the following response on March10: Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for the issue you're experiencing. If you bought your order from our Amazon store, we suggest reaching out to them directly so they can provide you further assistance on this matter. If you have any other inquiries, please don't hesitate to ask. Best Regards, MVMT Customer Service Doesn't sound valued at all, pretty nice penny for zero customer support. Not even a if you would like a replacement band, we can work with you nothing. I would not recommend this watch to anyone nor the brand. If they would let me, I would give it zero stars. Reached back out to Amazon got the same garbage response so 300 down the drain. ... show more

MVMT has made a lot of classy watches and timepieces over the years, and this Chrono Ceramic watch is another hit in their lineup. It's a very clean design, predominantly white with black accents where the chronograph elements are and the dials as well. The clasp mechanism is a dual push-button on either side of the wristband which makes removal simple but not so easy that it'll come unclasped on its own. The ceramic and stainless steel gives this watch a good weight, and while I didn't get a chance to test its water resistance at its limits, it withstood being under the faucet and in a bucket of water for a moments at a time. The fit is a little tight out of the box. I have rather average 7.5 inch wrists and initial wearing was a bit difficult. There are two included links in the box to help with this problem.     • This watch dress you up like no other, with pros and cons
pros: - exquisitely beautiful on the wrist - easy to set - somewhat durable but i am very careful with it so i haven't really tested it as i only wear it when I'm not doing anything manual laborish -feels strong and well made -cool butterfly latch system for the band -big watch but not too big that its ugly -comfortable even when wearing all day - no pinching cons: - if you have a large wrist this might not be for you i have slightly larger wrist from working out and i had to put every link in it just to fit my wrist. - i have a 9-inch span from pinky to thumb and it was a bit tight to get on my hand but i can do it without worrying about breaking it ... show more
