My niece loved it!! It’s an inexpensive ukulele so we didn’t expect much but the quality is decent. Strings aren’t great but they can be replaced and it’s decent quality for a beginner or kid. The bag is cheap plastic but tuner is nice bonus. Worth the value.

    • The ukelele instrument needs tuning quite a lot,
especially when the strings are new- this is normal. But it's normal to need fine tuning between songs too. The tuner clips at the end of the headstock, over the face/hat logo. Comes with 2032 battery and works well. Top string is G, second string middle C, third string up to E, bottom string up to A. I did notice some of the 'teaching videos' on the internet are a bit 'off' so if you're not a musician- search around for something others recommend! And for 'basic soprano ukelele chord chart' and 'tuning a soprano ukelele'. I'm really enjoying learning it, it's a fun instrument. This is a good basic product for learning on. ... show more

If your child likes to pretend to be a Rockstar with a pink Ukulele, then this would be a good start! When I first unboxed the Uke it looked cute for my little girl. When I tried to tune the Uke, the E chord was really rough and made a grinding noise. The other tuners were smooth and normal. I wanted to return it as I was afraid it was poor craftsmanship. I attempted to return it but received a shipping label that was to go somewhere in China. Then later I received an email that said that label was incorrect and it could be returned to the states but buyer pays shipping. I figured by the time I pay for shipping back it would probably cost me half of what I paid for the original item. I decided to keep it. It serves it’s purpose for my toddler to walk around and pretend she is playing Moana songs, but I would not buy another one. I had purchased a different brand for my son and it sounds a lot better. This one is just fine but not great. It actually looks better than it sounds if that makes sense. Overall if you love the bright color pink then this would be the Ukulele for you! ... show more

This is pink and adorable!! The strings are ok, but can be changed so for a 3 year old this is perfect!! After looking at many different ukuleles and reviews we went with this lil beauty and are so excited to give to our lil Granddaughter for Christmas. So after reading review, I just knew this was the perfect Christmas gift for my son... I was wrong. I selected green and they sent a turquoise looking one. It was broken two days after Christmas. Durability needs MUCH work and it doesn't tune well because of its cheap quality. If you're looking for a Longterm instrument, I'd say keep looking. ... show more

My almost 7 year old granddaughter loves this so much. She was going around serenading everyone with it Christmas day. I had checked out the libraries ukuleles several times so I already knew she would love it. Even came with a song sheet and a printout for fingering and notes.

    • Poor Quality. You're Better Off Buying Something Else.

I bought this ukulele as a gift for my niece and to teach her how to play. Usually, if you buy an inexpensive instrument, you can expect some quality issues but they can be overlooked within reason. That way, if the child outgrows it or loses interest, it's not a big deal. However, the tuning pegs do not work properly at all! I expected the strings to stretch and be out of tune when an instrument is new, but the slop in the tuning pegs was ridiculous. You literally could not touch it without the strings being wildly out of tune. My dad is a guitar tech and he said there was no saving this. The workmanship is just too poor. Save your money and get something better. A kid is guaranteed to lose interest if an instrument is unplayable. ... show more
