The holes were out of place I could not wedge them in properly to fit And my piano now rocks back and forth while I'm trying to play it. The media could not be loaded. after unboxing the piano only some of the keys worked, had a little trouble reaching someone. But was able to reach the company and get a video of wires that were attached incorrectly and rue piano works great now.

The only reason I am giving it a 2 star is because first off all it came with poor building instructions littler just. A picture showing a bunch of pieces being put together with out mentioning each step and which screw to use secondly it is made out of poor material one of the wooden sticks where broken at the time of shipping, and I screwed one of the screws a little bite tight and the end of the washer came out completely. ... show more

We bought this for our seven year old grand child for Christmas (she is a beginner). We received it a few months ago. Shipping was very fast. I played some and the sound was ok. I liked it having weighted keys. All and all good buy.
