I was very pleased with this instrument. I got the white one for my son. He always wanted a real piano but they are too big etc.... Thought this one would be a great piano supplement. Good keyboard very pretty. I think the stand is from two different sizes idk can’t figure it out defections not clear. One thing it did not have in description was it came with a beautiful cloth to cover keys that was nice surprise. Good soft case and very elegant looking

This was purchased as a simple, portable option for a homeschool co-op music class. When the first keyboard sent to us didn't work, the company was quick to help us troubleshoot and in the end send us a replacement keyboard at no cost. It was meant to be my daughter's travel piano so that she could practice while on the road. She complained about the weighted keys being too hard for her fingers, she wished there was a way to soften it. Maybe it would soften eventually with more use, but maybe not. I bought a different one which she feels more comfortable to play and is close enough to her real piano when it comes to the weighted keys. The sound quality of this is about the same as the other one, but feature-wise the other one had more useful features such as the built-in battery (perfect for travelling), record/play functions, more compact design, and more intuitive function keys. The new one I bought is about $100+ less though it didn't come with the stand so I had to buy a separate stand. The new stand I bought, however, is much better than what came with this as it was pre-assembled and has a convenient trigger action to fold/unfold it. She didn't bother using the notes stand because it was hard to put in and she's afraid it could not be pulled out easily when it's time to pack for travelling. Though she likes the Sustain Pedal compared to the mediocre one with the other unit, it isn't a big deal since it still does the sustain effect well. Run. Do not buy. I waited over 20 years to get a new piano after being gifted one that wasn't what I needed. I looked at the specs and reviews for this one and was completely deceived. The keys are not weighted. The sound is horrid. The speakers sounded broken. I was extremely disappointed. It was my only Christmas gift and I had to fight to get it returned. And dispite it being a product issue, I was forced to pay for return shipping. The company will be getting a bad review too. ... show more
