After two destroyed box springs from a sensory seeking 6 year old, we had to look for something more durable to take on his flying leaps from the window sill to the bed (don’t worry- he’s safe when doing so) we bought this metal bed frame with the intent to not use a box spring. It’s the perfect height for our little guy and he can jump and butt-bomb as much as he wants and nothing breaks! It is a bit squeaky- they give you adhesive cushions to help with that but it’s a little noisy still but our kiddo doesn’t mind it and we can’t hear it in the bedroom next to him. The media could not be loaded. Edit: I have decided to update my rating of two stars to 4 stars. After I wrote my original review, I was contacted by the the company's customer service. I honestly didn't expect much since we've had the beds for almost a year. The representative offered me a couple of options. She offered to replace the two defective beds or refund them. I took the later option. Ella was very professional and understanding of my frustration. She refunded my purchase and followed up to make sure it went through. This is the best customer service I've experienced. The communication was clear, friendly, professional, and timely. Although the beds did not meet my expectations, the experience with resolving this problem certainly did. Original: We purchased four of these beds for our children in September 2022. At first glance they seemed like good beds. Not as sturdy as others we've had, but good enough and a great price. The assembly wasn't too terrible. One of the beds was more difficult to assemble and another had to be exchanged due to the holes not lining up. I should have seen this as a red flag. 10 months later, two of the beds squeak loudly any time my children get in or out of it. The beds also move, despite how much I tighten everything. The constant moment has caused some of the bolts to loosen over time. The reason I gave the beds two stars instead of one is because the other two beds are still okay. They have slight movement but the middle support legs haven't bent like with the other two. The two that are still okay have children weighing 36 and 63 lbs. The two beds that I have to replace have children that weigh 73 and 98 lbs. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with why those two beds are bad, but figured it might help someone else when thinking about purchasing this bed. I think it makes an okay toddler bed, but overall, I would not recommend this bed tp anyone. ... show more

After I posted my review I was contacted by Lucy from Musen. She apologized for the inconvenience and reported the information to quality control at the factory. Lucy also offered to refund my purchase but I declined because I really wasn't looking for one and the frame was put together and being used. She then offered a 15% refund but again I declined. Lucy gave exceptional service and showed concern. Musen should be proud to have her on their team! We have two other similar frames that were easy to put together and much sturdier. This was a real bear to put together. So many pieces and the screws, bolts, washers were not marked. Good luck when you have a husband who likes to just grab them and get started! The rails don't fit snuggly and if didn't fit my short queen, I would return it. ... show more
