This product is certainly noise free. Even with careful assembling this thing makes noise every time you turn around in your sleep. All the metal bars that form the base of the mattress leave a little gap after falling into place which is probably the most noisy part. I just unpacked this frame and its missing parts C, the center cross support bars. Without them this frame is useless. Their quality assurance meeds to double check that all parts are included. Highly disappointed!
