Got these vitamins for my young adult son. He complained from day one that the pills were enormous, and also did not seem to have a coating, so they tasted terrible. Very had to swallow with just water. He could only get them down with something thicker, like milk or a protein shake. He referred to them as chotes, iykyk, lol, and refused to continue taking them, so basically I had no choice but to throw them away. Waste of money... ... show more

    • Good ingredients, not too much of anything
I got this to check all my daily nutrient boxes, and it almost does that perfectly without overdoing it on anything, and without many of the lower quality versions of the vitamins that a lot of multis use. 3 wishes: - I wish it used the MK-4 version of K2 instead of MK-7 (or at least a blend of both). - I wish it used all active form of retinol instead of half beta carotene. - I wish it included Choline. Word to the wise: - TAKE AFTER FOOD... it will upset your stomach if taken on an empty stomach. ... show more

    • They are a little rough going down...
The vitamins themselves list a good mix of ingredients in bioavailable form - the greens mix is probably mostly window dressing as the amounts are not huge of any one thing. The tablet itself isn't enormous, but it has an oval shape with rough edges - I find I need to be careful because if it goes down sideways, it goes down hard and scratchy even with ample liquid. Apart from that, good stuff. YMMV :) On my wish list, would have liked to know the amount of K2, since it's paired on the label with K1 there is no way to tell, and 100mcg total means it's questionable if there's enough K2 to work with the D3 properly... ... show more

I like that this does not go overboard on dosage. It is frequent that you find a lot of vitamins that overdose on vitamin B which can cause some issues. This provides a good balance and I like the mix that they add for men’s health. Something to note is that these do have a slight sulfur smell to them. It is likely caused by the fermentation process that they use. It is not a big deal for me, but it is something to note if you are sensitive to smells.
