  • Dangerous! DO NOT BUY!
Style: Frog
If you love your dog, do not buy this toy. I made the mistake of buying 2 frogs and 2 pigs because they were so adorable. In the time it took me to wash a sink full of dishes my dog ripped open all the toys and there were tiny pieces of plastic all over my living room floor. When I gathered up the pieces I realized my dog had been chewing on the internal battery box - springs and batteries as well as the plastic box. You can see by the photo how small he got the pieces. (I included a penny in the photo to give you an idea of scale.) Thankfully my dog did not swallow any of this mess. ... show more

  • So perfect for our blind dog to be able to play!
Style: Pig
We buy these toys that make noise for our blind dog to be able to play fetch and get exercise. She really loves the duck best, but maybe that’s just because it was the first one we tried. We’ve purchased 6 different animals so far. Make no mistake, our seeing dogs like them too. And although they’re not cheaply made, we have dogs that make a hobby of eviscerating toys to get out what’s inside. So we have to put these away when done playing, or they mysteriously lose their speaker packs. If you can avoid the destroyers, the toys hold up very well. Even through accidentally leaving out in the rain and Texas heat. I cannot state strongly enough how happy I am to have these for our blind girl. She is young and misses out on the other dogs playtime. She can hear it but she couldn’t join until we found these. Pleeeaaassseee don’t ever stop making them! ... show more

  • Dangerous toy-- contains 3 alkaline button batteries
Style: Frog
This toy contains wires, hard plastic and 3 alkaline batteries and is not suitable for any dog that chews. My poodle destroyed it in literally 5 minutes. When I took it away from her I originally could only find 2 of the batteries and I was worried we were going to have to make a trip to the emergency vet. Thankfully, I found the 3rd still inside the toy. Personally, I wouldn't give this toy to any dog. ... show more

  • These toys are my dog's friends
Style: Duck
Kenzie's a 12-pound rescue terrier who usually has a take-it-or-leave it attitude towards toys because she's so busy looking out windows to check for squirrels or cats that have dared to wander into our yard. But she loves these toys! They are her friends. She gets them out every morning so they can spend the day with her. Every night after dinner she goes to the living room and waits for me to come in and play a wild game of squeaking toys with her. I squeak them and toss them around, and she chases one after another. So far, they've held up well. She chews on them, but apparently not too hard because she discovered in the past that when she chews a toy open and stuffing or squeakers come out, the toy disappears, which is not something she wants to have happen with these. We have the cock-a-doodle-doing rooster, the ribbiting frog, the quacking mallard, and the quacking duck (which I don't think is any longer available). I'm sure we'll get more, too. She loves them all. ... show more

  • My puppy loves it!
Style: Cow
It has lasted during teething. The first couple of moos startled her, but she is used to it now. It seems to be holding up well. My only question is how to clean it, it is filthy!! I think I am going to wash it and take my chances... update, went through the washer fine, hung it up to dry and it still moos... **update, #2- puppy has had this since December. Been through the washer with no problems. Still her favorite toy. Missing both ears and looks like heck, but still works fine. Funny thing, was worried the moo would wear out...now I am hoping the MOO WEARS OUT!! She has figured out how to make it moo and moo, and moo... lol. ... show more

  • Small and not for chewers, but my dog LOVES this toy
Style: Cow
I bought this because my femal Akita is obsessed with toys that make animal noises. I got it, and it is small, about the size of an Akita puppy, for example. As it happens, my female Akita is black and white. Like this toy. She went nuts. Absolutely crazy for it, and she carried it around with her constantly, until we started calling it her baby. She prefered it to all her toys and to treats. Her favorite thing! Unfortunately, I have another dog, much smaller (40 pounds) but a determined chewer. He stole it from her one day, and destroyed it. (And so here's what you need to know: it took him like 10 minutes to do that. this is NOT a toy for determined chewers). She was unhappy. I had to buy her another cow toy, and because of the need, I bought one locally. It was a lot bigger, sturdier, etc. Guess what? She hates it. She only wants her "baby" the little cow toy that looks like her. So I'm back here buying several, just in case. Your dog my not love it. If your dog destroys toys, don't get this. But for us? she loves it! ... show more

  • Dangerous
Style: Pig
My dog LOVED this toy. The problem with it is that the toy is easily gutted, revealing the sound maker and the batteries that power it. Those batteries are highly toxic and this manufacturer should take steps immediately to encase the sound maker in chew-proof material and use a more chew-tough fabric on the toy. Until they do, I would not recommend this or any of the other similar sound toys for dogs. We bought 4 of them and gave them all to the dog on his first birthday. He destroyed them all in minutes because the fabric is so thin. Glad I was watching when the batteries fell out so he didn’t accidentally ingest them. It’s a shame, he was visibly excited with these toys but they’re simply not safe. ... show more

  • Great little doggie toy!
Style: Dog
These doggie toys resemble our Cavapoo dog and it seems she thinks they are her babies as they also look like the other puppies in the litter she came from! She has probably 40 toys but these are the ones she brings outside to sit with her on her patio furniture, to get air and sun! She has about 5 of these and when they were getting dingy and dirty looking, I ordered 4 more from Amazon. Then, my husband took the dingy looking ones, removed the voice boxes, washed them in the machine on delicate wash for four washes and rinsed them 3 or 4 times as he used a strong laundry cleaner and they came out like brand new! White white and clean! Then he sewed the voice boxes back in and now she has nine puppies!!! These are well made, work very well, are super cute and a very good value! (The review is for the second version of this toy and the pictures are of the earlier version and the whole review relates the same for both!) ... show more
