Ordered this E-bike for my husband. It was very easy to put together, took maybe 45 minutes to an hour. This bike is very easy to handle, has a smooth ride. Love that it has blinkers and the headlight is bright enough for night riding. Overall am very happy with this purchase.

I purchased this bike and was given a delivery date a week into the future and it arrived via Fed Ex in just a few days. Followed easy to assemble video and had it together in under 90 minutes. Battery was at full charge out of the box. Found after first ride a bit of play in the headstock. Contacted support and received a reply the same day. They asked for a video of the problem and they provided a video of a procedure to fix it. I am no mechanic but half a brain was all that was needed. When I went to start it after repair, the LCD was dead. Sent another video and the engineer saw a green wire visible and asked that I unwind the harness protecting the wiring. Sure enough a wire became disconnected during my previous repair. I put this service experience first, as rarely do I encounter a seller so responsive and thorough. Incidentally, the bike is amazing and quite powerful. Great value for the money. Sure it is made in China and several sellers market it. However, this is the seller to go to. ... show more
