I have seen a lot of bad reviews about this product. Well not this review!!! All parts are in it(top right corner of one of my pics has the other parts), the quality is a expected, it comes assembled already, and it has some example exercises. I do feel it could be a little cheaper, only because it's not much to it. It's a very simple machine. I'm happy!!!! I wouldn't trust it on carpet, it compromises the integrity of the middle of the board. ... show more

Obviously very easy to assemble and stores easily. Comes with a little booklet for exercises but I feel a video would’ve been better. Feel like it could’ve been less expensive as it’s just plastic, but exercises are easy and hoping it helps build up some muscle and lose inches. We’ll see how it goes! ... show more

This is a child’s play toy…. Actually I’ve seen better in theirs. This is cheaply made and not smooth to use at all. I would have never bought this if I saw it in person. If you want a good piece of equipment buy in a store that you can see. This is not worth 140!!! This is a scam

Comes fully assembled! Only a few instructions for exercises. Very average quality, plastic pieces! Slides easily on carpet and hardwood floor making some workout moves difficult

For the money I really like this. It's pretty well made and comes with multiple pieces for different workouts. It's easy to setup up and use. So far I can really feel what it's doing for my body.

I can say it works and don't overdo it lol my abs were sore for a few days at first. It works well but don't apply too much pressure accidentally or the moving pedal part can jam. This is only cuz my grown kid tried to ride it. Don't ride it. It's not for riding.

It’s really easy to use, but most importantly, no assembly needed! It may not give me top shelf results, but it is great when you only have 10 min a day to get a small workout in. I love it.
