This is a nice USB charger/outlet extender, works great on wall sockets, I used it in the hotel I was staying at on a business trip. It charged my phone and iPad great with an extra USB charge port left over. Would work well in the kitchen where outlets are limited and you would like to have a USB charger available. It has a nice design where it provides extra outlets and 3 USB chargers and 4 outlets while still allowing the bottom outlet enough room to plug things in. The only negative is that if you are using it in a Hotel that has a night stand where the outlets are occupied by the light and clock and it has an outlet on the side of the light base, this will not work well with that. I have an outlet that is controlled by a wall switch. I wanted two lamps on that switch. This allowed me to plug two lamps into the same wall socket. It's unobtrusive and works as I hope.
