And because I am weak and can’t cough well, I often feel like I’m choking when I have phlegm. these drops help me to feel less afraid of choking, and that is worth quite a bit for me. I also drink the tea, and sometimes I put the drops in the tea if I’m really struggling. I can also put the drops in soda or water or whatever I’m drinking, as well as taking them on their own.
