Thank you Amazon and mukkpetbike.com for making such a superior ebike available at such a reasonable price. Ive been searching for a bike like this for at least six months and most of the bikes in its class go for twice as much. This is a big powerful bike. The assembly took me less than 30 minutes and I'm not that mechanically inclined. I can't imagine anyone struggling wiith this assembly. The ride is where this bike excells, with 5 levels of pedal assist and flat out full throttle mode you can finely tune just how much effort you want to put into your bike ride. This is a heavy bike (72 LBS) so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who has to navigate stairs with it. The owners manual leaves much to be desired it's confusing with bad pictures and broken English. I was at first disheartened to learn that the support phone number goes to VM. And the "support website" is a one page site telling you to contact them by email. But there was a small mechanical issue with the lock on my battery so I emailed them and they were very fast with a response and resolution to my issue. Having used the bike often, for a month now, I can tell you that this is a solid bike and that if you have any issues with your bike support will be there to help you. BTW I wouldn't recommend this bike for people smaller than say 5'6". I'm 5'10 " and it fits me fine (although at first i was surprised by the size and weight of it.)and I would assume anyone up to 6' 4". I love this bike!! ... show more

easy to assemble. box was damaged by fedex, fedex driver pushed them both right out of his truck and slammed on the ground. parts had come off during shipping, but found them all in the box. I love the bikes. battry is strong and lasts , road this on trail and on road. amazed how it goes so well with just the trottle. the tires could be batter, but will work. I have a nother set of good tires to put on. it also needs a torque arm installed on the rear axle so it wont spin out the D cut in the frame. i liked the fact in the instructions it gives the info how to change things, like MPH and the speed settings. the display is visible in day and have to lower it for night time. it is nice. I did change the brakes out to hydro cable pull and made a huge help for stopping. the bikes are good! the delivery is not good. ... show more

Over 150 miles on it. Flawlessly works. I'm over 250lbs, bike is more than expected. Perfect delivery, was even earlier than expected. Does 25+ mph with me, a big man. Gears are Perfect for this E-bike. Not my 1st e-bike. This one at this price is unbelievable. That's what I was thinking when ordering. After 3 weeks of riding bk and forth to work I am totally sold. Thinking about a 2nd now. Nothing missing in package, no damage. Have not seemed to "run" batteries down to zero, in fact more than expectewed. I am very picky about these investments, this one is differently worth it. 👌 back brake light is very bright, as well as the front light. Sturdy, strong bike. Brakes work great. It is a big bike, bigger than you think when ordering! I'm 6'2" so it is ok with me! My last bike was a go-trax, over $1200.oo. this one is so much more! Also the pedal assist is just perfect when just cruising. The power when running straight motor is freaking awesome... especially at my large man size. Like I said I'm debating on getting a second one, so if your thinking about a E-bike, this is the one for big people! Or small! I would love to weigh a 100lbs on this and feel the power! 5 stars. Just wish America could start making these. Hate that it's from CHINA... JS... ... show more

Great bike for the price. Well designed and produced. Packed with care and shipped quickly. Bike is sturdy and looks great. It’s powerful when you need power and fast when you want speed. Comfortable ride. I get two 12-15 mile rides between battery charges but I’m 225 lbs, so a smaller person would have better battery life. I probably could get a third ride before charging but I’m not going to experiment. Mukkpet recommends charging the battery every day because the batteries don’t develop memory, so really a non-issue for us. Purchased one for my wife and liked it so much that we purchased another one for me. Mine arrived with minor shipping damage to the seat. I emailed customer service and had a replacement shipped out in two days. Very pleased with purchases! ... show more

Be aware that is a 26” bick, so it’s huuuge. Looks great and sturdy. The battery is not as durable as described, but not bad (but that makes it overpriced in my opinion). The delivery was great. The pack is enormous (80lb). It’s very easy to put together. I would recommend.

I’ve put around 30 miles on it with just the throttle, it rides pretty well! Came mostly assembled with just the front tire that I had to put on. It’s got lots of settings and it shows things like the voltage which is nice, easily customizable and if you mess with the settings it can theoretically get up to 30 mph. As far as range goes, I usually go 10 miles in a single trip and the battery is at around 4/5 bars so If I had to guess it would go around 30 miles on just throttle. After a bit though the speed does drop to 20mph. I also got the rear crate for this bike that mukkpet sells and it’s very nice, it can hold a lot of stuff! Last but most important, the support for this bike is pretty good actually, it seems like they’re based in China but they do respond fairly quickly and give pretty detailed responses/help in English. Overall it’s a very good option, at around $850 total there doesn’t seem to be a lot out there with these features (speed,range,support, etc) I’d give it a 9/10! ... show more

I bought three! One for my wife, daughter and myself. We love to ride together and the motor makes it so much easier to get around. Assembly was okay. By the third bike I had it down pat! The motor is strong and I’m 300(+) lbs and it still get up to 24/25 mph on flat terrain. The batteries life is good. The performance is awesome. The big tires and suspension handle bumps with no problem. I only wish they folded to make transporting them easier. If these folded, I would give them 10 stars! ... show more
