    • Great bikes after a year.
I bought 2 of these October of last year, one step thru and one step over for my husband. They are still doing great. They hold a charge for a long time and have a lot of power. Battery is still strong. They go a long way on a charge. Very sturdy, they are made heavy duty. The only thing I had an issue with is I am 5'7 and the seat post and seat can not be lowered enough to give me stability when stopping. I am on my tip toes. I could not find a seat post that would work on it either. I ended up getting a wide bike seat that is lower profile than the one that came with it, and it feels a lot better on your butt. I'm still somewhat on my tiptoes, but not as bad and can control the weight when stopping now. Anyone under 5'7 will have a hard time staying seated with stopping because the weight of 86 pounds will lean you over and you have to jump down off the seat unless you are strong enough to keep balance leaning on tip toes with it as you stop. You do not want to topple over, its kind of heavy for a woman when balancing at a stop of you're not grounded well. Also if you are not familiar with how an ebike works, do not put it above power assist 1 until you Learn how it reacts and gradually increase. My husband was trail riding and was in PA 5 starting off, and it threw him off of it because it kicks in hard if you barely touch the peddle. So go easy until you get use to how it behaves. Overall we love the bikes and have had zero issues mechanically. They arrived unharmed and packaged excellent to prevent damage. High quality compared to others I've seen costing thousands more. Back in 2020 I ordered a $3200 E bike. it's great. Went to order another and they went to $4000. Found this bike and for the price I thought I would try it out. This thing is great. The wheel base is short which one needs to get used to. Also, the handlebars are a little high. But for the price this thing is fast and gets me where I'm trying to go. I have not had an issue with speed or range. It's not a 5 star bike don't get me wrong. But it's a 5 star bike under $1000. ... show more

Love the bike pretty well made works well but I wish when you fold it it had a clamp to hold it closed. besides that I’m very happy with the purchase so far

Great bike, mostly. Odometer is a bit touchy - it only adds to the odometer every time the trip meter hits a full mile, and doesn't save partial miles. So, if you take it for multiple half mile trips and shut it off each time, the odometer will be "off". The bike is heavy, feels quite well built. Very comfortable ride as well. ... show more

    • Buy something that weighs LESS!
Battery is HEAVY and gets stuck a lot I just leave it in now and don't try to take out. This bike folds ok but it's 80lbs!!! I've seen ebikes $200 less go 10mph more and weigh 40lbs and fold too. LOOKS and RIDES WONDERFUL!

Bik worked for a mile or two then quit. It was the first ride, not recommended. Pay more money to get a better model. The shipping was $200 and they want $200 to return. This review will probably be edited, but I feel completely used…
