Love the retro styling and size! Lots of settings for your perfect slice of toast. The features I love most are the frozen button and crumb tray. Second best would be the cord wrap on the bottom of your toaster so you don’t have to try to hide a long cord. I love this toaster. It's sleek, it's aesthetic, and it functional for the price. Fits well in my kitchen and doesn't take much space. But, the buttons on the front have never worked on mine. I emailed but never got a reply. But it still toasts on a timer. So I still like it. But I do wish the buttons worked. ... show more

    • Pretty but useless
It is very pretty, but it doesn't work well at all. When you push down the Browning lever it does not come up when the toast is done. Subsequently burning the toast. My husband won't use it anymore, and pulled our old one out of the box to be donated. It will make a VERY PRETTY donation.

I’ve been on this kick where I love sourdough toast, and it does the job. The thing is I freeze my bread because I never eat it in time so this product with the defrost and then the toast is perfect for me.

Don’t buy this. It burns my toasts every time because you have to manually stop the toaster. Terrible purchase. Looks pretty but doesn’t work
