Take your time and follow the assembly instructions. You will still end up disassembling some parts to fit others and reassembling. Some bolts seem excessively long for where they are located. The ladder is loud when climbing. The blind zipper is obnoxiously loud and on of the fasteners popped off after 1 month. Seat seems to be comfy thus far.

Opening the box my husband was impressed at the quality and how heavy duty it is. He then proceeded to assemble, it was going great until he realized they drilled one of the holes in the wrong place.
