I truly like these floor mats they get dirt and mud right off they seem pretty durable as well I’ll see in a year but I had problems with the floor mats when I got them and I immediately wanted a refund but they responded to my email within 12-24 hours and were very professional and got me exactly what I wanted. ex: my back floor mat was not sewed on like the front and I didn’t like it as well as my front floor mat did not cover the center consol carpet part and it was because there was 2 styles of interior for my truck and they sent the wrong one but I had no issues getting in contact with them and getting my new floor mats sent out to me how I wanted them originally ... show more

    • Good Product if You Wait a Couple Months
Good: The product installs fine and looks/feels good. Almost a great fit. Buy some strong double sided tape, Alien Tape, and it will help really tighten things up. The pocket is in the front and only two of the clips actually work, hence the tape. Poor: This product was lost in transit, so I was told. It took two months, Amazon stopped tracking it. Muchkey did not inform me of the issue but did respond to my emails. So bad business not informing the customer but decent customer service when contacted. ... show more

The mats are very nice quality however, there were only two tabs per mat which is insufficient to properly hold down the mats and thus, they bulged and looked terrible upon initial installation. I purchased a rivet kit and guitar picks from Amazon and fashioned my own tabs and riveted them in where needed. Not worth the money. Yes they’re custom and nice looking but mine didn’t fit in the vehicle correctly and was flimsy. The mats kept bending and didnt hold up to well.

Took 3 months to finally get them. Missing the tabs to hold into the car so the mats don’t move. Other than the missing items and the 3 months it took to ship, it’s pretty good quality.     • Don’t stay in place and not good return shipping plan
First, it took forever to get these, so don’t be in a rush. These mats look nice. However, they have little tabs at the you twist to hold them in place. They would not go far enough under the part that holds down the carpet. We tried readjusting them several times. I have a 2023 Acura MDX. The worst part is you have to pay return shipping, and they reimburse you. I’m quite worried about this because you have to bring them to the carrier of your choice, and they instructions say something like they hope we can work together to reach an agreement on the cost.
