This thing Is small enough, light and had a shape that is easy to load in the back of my small ranchero. Because the mixing happens only down in the shaft and auger area the cleanup is less than 3 minutes. So you can stop and start a project easily with little material lost. It's one of those things that if you don't have it you just won't do the project or put it off, but with this it's so fast the project is reasonable and possible in one day. ... show more

    • Nice machine
Used it so far to pour over 4 1/2 yards of concrete. One of the tips did clog at one point and was an easy fix by just blowing some compressed air through it. I needed up ordering another set to have on hand. Other than that it has worked flawlessly.

    • It doesn't make pouring concrete easy, but it does make it easier!
I bought this for pouring some slabs around my property. Assembly was easy enough, instructions said to use SAE wrenches, but the bolts were metric, which i found odd. Also the bolts and nuts came with only one washer each, instead of having a washer under the head and nut; minor stuff that a quick scrounge in the garage remedied. On to the operation, make sure you have the concrete bags really close to the machine if you are working by yourself, this mixer eats 60 lb. bags quickly and without the hopper extension, you can only fit 2 bags worth in the machine, so if you load it up and go to screed, you will have to make sure you check on the machine fairly often to make sure yo don't run out of concrete and start dumping water into your form. Pouring goes a heck of a lot faster than with a drum mixer and having two people would be optimal. Don't turn it off when the hopper is full, maybe it was a fluke, but i turned it off while there was a bag of concrete in the hopper and it jammed and tripped the breaker. How level the machine sits affects the concrete slump for some reason, so to get a consistent pour, keep the machine at the same level. ... show more

I put 50 - 80# bags through it comfortably in 75 minutes. I’m sure I could have moved faster but I’m old now and not in much of a hurry anymore. I love this design like a wheelbarrow. Nice and compact and no mess. LOVE IT!

    • Cement mix does not smoothly fall into hopper. 120 pound hopper.
machine is great. only two issues i don't care for. 1. as title states; the front of the hopper(towards auger ) the cement mix gets stuck and will not flow into auger. i had to force it. every time. 2. learned the hard way. the 120 pound hopper, using 50 pounds bags. with the bags held horizontal. you will smash the __ck out of your fingers. 0 ... show more

    • Water Valve
The electronic solenoid valve that opens the water to spray while the machine is in forward failed. It was so hot you couldnt touch it, and would trip the relay constantly. Replaced with a ball valve.
