    • Nice tub, but cover snaps are difficult
The buckle snaps that they use on the tub are very difficult to release. Takes two hands to unsnap them your thumb on the button and then squeeze the snaps inward with your thumb and four finger. I’ve already modified mine bungees.

    • Buyer beware
Buyer beware! I purchased this on July 20 and on 8/31 the spa stopped working. Attempted to contact company via phone and email and no response. I was denied a rebate because it expired on 8/21 so I was 10 days past the 30 days. Now I have a $600 pole of plastic!!!!
