I bought these for my husband as a set and it came with 2 single chargers instead of a dual charger. He also needs smaller rubbers for inside his ears and these were all too big for him and I don't know what size he needs to order them.

Noise cancelling is non-existent. The device is 3 or more times the size of a hearing aide, which it doesn't need to be. It definitely can amplify the volume, but all the annoying background noises are amplied just as much.

With no health insurance we couldn't afford actual hearing aids. With this little device he can hear things he can't remember hearing. They do amplify everything and take a while for your brain to learn how to filter out the background noise.
