arrived as pictured. however the strap on the carrying case broke apart on the first day of use for my son. he put it on and the weight of the instrument just pulled the stitching out.

The product came in terrible shape, and looked as if a 3 year-old put the bell set together. They didn’t mess up too bad in the pad, but they still had some things to work on. Overall, this isn’t the best thing you could get with your money. I do not recommend.

Son made it to the school with it, 2 hours later I got a text the bag just broke on him. Not okay for this expensive of a purchase and now my child is lugging parts to 7 classes in the middle school because the zipper busted. It all came in the bag zipped shut so this is just unnecessary.
