The media could not be loaded. The paint is not as pigmented, so it is really oily I don't believe it will dry any time soon. I've been using reeves paints for years and I regret trying this paint looks like it is a waste of money. I am so disappointed. Update it's not as bad as I thought and it dries in like two days which isn't bad, I wouldn't recommend it to a beginner though. The water in the middle is acrylic paint. ... show more

PROS: - Very pigmented - opaque - Mixes well with other colors - No strong oil smell - Does not dry fast CONS: - Oil does bleed when you first squeeze out paint - Doesn’t have a description in the packaging about important information. ( like if it’s non toxic etc.) Overall: I recommend this product if you’re new to oil paint or you want a bang for your buck. I haven’t really encountered any issues when it comes to painting on a canvas or paper. However the white isn’t as pigmented. You’ll need to layer if you want the white to stand out in a painting but regardless this product is great for its price!! ... show more

My package was left folded in half and it damaged the box. I was looking forward to receiving the item until i realized it was folded in half. I would’ve appreciated it if it was left on my front porch rather than ny mailbox. Some products were damaged but thankfully not all of them. I loved the paint and the product overall! I am an avid painter and just a couple of weeks before this order for the MozArt Acrylic Paint Set I had ordered the oil paints. I can’t say enough about these great size tubes of paint! The tubes of paints are the right size for beginners as well as experienced & MozArt always gives you an 800 number if you have questions or how to order more colors. I’m now on the look out for watercolors..but if you are a beginner...always start off by using acrylic. They dry fast but give you enough time to work on your masterpiece. I recommend all MozArt Supplies for every new & experienced artists. We all have to start somewhere..start with MozArt! Highly recommend for all! 5 stars!! ... show more

I did not like the small amount of paint in each tube. I expected more and the paint is very dark so I had to order more white paint. I have never tried oil paint as a medium so the jury is still out on whether I like it or not.

I must admit that I bought them because they had the prettiest box! I know nothing about painting (except what I like and don't like). However, (we'll call her Persephone) was so thrilled to get them and mentioned that she had never had a box of high-quality paints before...I didn't even know they were high-quality because they all claim to be the best in the product description (face it, when was the last time you read a company say that their product was mediocre in the product description?), so obviously, she liked them! She has painted gorgeous pictures of our babies (dogs)!!! ... show more

This is ok paint to practice with it is oily and thin. Definitely for beginners. You need to open and squeeze a tiny bit out on a napkin first before putting on pallet to get all the oil off it’s so greasy.
