I have never done an ice bath or plunge but have wanted to join the bandwagon for the benefits. I saw this and compared to others this had better size with an easy set up. To set up, you simply slide the poles in the slots around the tub then easily pump the top ring and fill. The instructions didnt include what to do with another piece that was included. Its an inflatable ring with the material all in the middle. Seems to be maybe in a way to insulated the water and keep some of the top clean as well as using the included cover. ... show more

It's actually bigger than what I imagined and that's a huge plus! Assembly and setup is very easy, no need for any instruction. It came with everything I need. The layers feels thick and durable. Once folded, it occupies very little space and very easy to put away. I can set this up inside the bathroom or outside. I watch pro disc golfers use these all the time and I think, ouch, no way!! But I had to try it. Sets up rather quickly super simple and very well made, strong and yet flexible enough to pack it away and take it with you. Have an ice bathtub with you wherever you go.
