Item came with the big roller not attached. I put it back in and pressed the two sides (metal bits) in, to clamp the roller in. After rolling twice, it snapped open again and the two metal bits poked my face. Got my husband to put the roller in and push the two metal sides in hard, with all his strength. great tool for face. I put it inside the fridge, take it out and slide it too my face and works great. Right size, good quality, been looking for a perfect one and this is the one! Wash with body soap, dry and then put it back in the fridge, not freezer!

I froze the roller and de puffed after a hot shower. Don’t roll too hard though - I did and the stone came off of the roller and the prong holding the stone almost took out an eye!

Quality not good for price. Was a bit expensive compared to others so the fact that the roller falls off when you use it dangerous and disappointing.

You can find these less expensive but they either make a noise when you roll them or come loose. This one is perfect and comes in a satin lined box for storage.

I loved this roller up until the point that the two jade pieces fell out. There are some plastic stoppers on the sides to hold it in place that I cannot get to go back in, so it now rattles around much more loudly than it should when I use it.
