I loved this product up until I needed a replacement for a microphone. I contacted the seller and had the HARDEST time reaching out to the company to get my issue resolved. I got this machine for Christmas and the mic already went out. I’m very disappointed

Good enough for me, I like to sing, I think this speaker is good enough for adults use for karaoke. I just worry is the microphone broke There’s any replacement to buy because it is connected with the speaker system.

Was great while it lasted. Then after 3 months, the lights kept flashing but it wouldn't turn off and mics didn't work and BT wouldn't connect. It froze. No idea how to unfreeze. The power button doesn't work, won't turn off machine to reset it. I charged it but it won't turn off. I returned it. Got charged a restocking fee. thought of getting another one but thought I would have same problem based on reviews. Too bad. My daughter loved it. ... show more

Went to have a karaoke party on New Year’s Eve with the kids and the speaker just stopped working. Can’t turn it off. None of the buttons work. No troubleshooting and no website or customer service line to call. I’m done. EDIT after contacting Moukey through Amazon they shipped me a replacement product. Their customer service is great but we will see how long the replacement works. I’ll update again in a couple months if it still works the same. ... show more
