I got this setup and everything on it is solid except for one point. Where the feet T off to the legs. On the feet the metal is not thick enough and you can wobble the desk with one finger and you can see the metal on the foot flexing where the legs are welded to it. Its a shame because where the legs meet the upper frame, they use very thick metal as well as brackets for added support and its a solid frame up top. That in combination with the 3/4" carbon fiber wrapped mdf top make the surface very sturdy. Weight wise I have only one 32" monitor mounted to the table. The computer is in a server rack so there's barely any weight on it. Overall a very nice desk but it definitely needs some thicker metal on the feet so it doesnt wobble. Unfortunately I will be returning this desk for a different desk that has 4 legs. ... show more

It may be 60" across, but it is not a solid 60". It arrives in two, 30" pieces that are supposed to be joined with dowel rods and use another kind of frame underneath it all to support the whole top. However, the bracing that they include in the box is also in two parts and the dowel rods included are a size too small for the pre-drilled holes in the ends of the desk halves. They wiggle, ALOT. If you're putting the unit together on the floor, you'll notice how this is a bit of an issue when any kind of bump against one side dislodges one side and you have to keep putting them back together so you can continue assembly. The pre-drilled holes on the underside are "mostly" ok. There are a few that I found that require you to leave all the other screws loose so you can jiggle that last one into place before you tighten everything up. Otherwise, that last screw isn't going anywhere but the scrap bin by the time you realized you've stripped off half the threads trying to get it to catch. Even with everything tightened down all the way, and all the supports attached as directed by the decent instructions, this thing is wobbly. I would definitely not recommend putting anything of ANY substantial weight (20 pounds or more) anywhere near the center line on this thing. I am thinking that I may have to add additional bracing to the underside of it and add better dowels and glue them in place, possibly adhere some 1x4's across that joined section from end to end, to better support it from collapsing in on itself. Visually, nice piece. Function? Lightweight use at best, needs reinforcing that is not provided in order to make it functional for anything other than very light use. ... show more

We had a 40" spot and this desk is a 39" so it fit PERFECT! Sturdy, lightweight to where I myself lift and turn to fit into the spot. The notches made the wires slide behind easily without losing space. Awesome purchase

We ordered the 40 inch desk for my son who has been begging for a gaming desk. He has a small bedroom and it fits well in the space. It came very nicely packaged- in a bed of styrofoam. All the parts were clearly labeled and the instructions easy to follow. It only took about 20 minutes to put together. It seems very study and has a nice rugged top. My son loves it! I see a few negative posts about the 60inch desk, which I can’t speak for, but I would definitely say there are no issues with the 40 inch and I would recommend this desk! ... show more

My excitement when from 1000 to 😩. It took two of us the lift the desk from box only to see visible scratches and appeared used. Oh it heavy, trust and I am not weak lol. Nonetheless, given the embedded scratches that would cut right through a persons there was no need to remove the remaining pieces to assemble the desk. Boxed it back and returning. Please inspect the desk as soon as it arrives. Sadly to say this was my Xmas gift to myself, would have reordered but for the price and time didn’t want to try my luck. Moving on to the company. I love everything about it and so does my son. Only thing I would add is a mousepad across the whole thing. Our older son has a desk the same size but it has a mouse pad installed as the topper. For younger gamers this is great to have. Regret not buying it sooner for him! He uses it everyday! This box is too small for a 60 in desktop. I purchased for my son as a Christmas present. I think I’m going to return the desktop must be in 2 pieces for 170.00 plus tax way overpriced I’m extremely dissatisfied as this information is not in the product description otherwise I wouldn’t have purchased.
