The crease is barely noticable in daily use. I only really notice it when I'm actively thinking about it and occasionally when drawing on my phone but it's tolerable. I love the external screen and it's helped me to not use my phone for extended periods of time. The phone build is sturdy and high quality, it runs fast, and most apps work great on the external display (even games Minecraft). The value of this phone is incredible. The camera is better than just about any android phone I've seen in person, there's more storage and memory than I even know what to do with, the audio quality is pretty solid and it's loud enough to play music in a rickety car on a bumpy freeway with the windows down. I haven't had any issues with calls dropping, occasionally texts will take a while to go through but I live in the mountains, so that's to be expected. Out and about my service connection is always great. The phone has also been generally fun to use. The only two pieces of tech to come out in my lifetime that I've really felt excited over have been virtual reality and foldable smart phones, and this phone has really lived up to my excitement. The external display mirroring the internal display when taking photos is something that comes in very handy and people always get so excited when they first see it. The phone has made for a great conversation starter when out and about. I like to carry it in my hand instead of in my pocket sometimes because I love when people ask me questions about it and I get to show off all the fun features. The external display runs all sorts of things including just about any mobile game you can think of. The smart connect feature works surprisingly well with my computer and makes it easier to respond to texts while working without getting immediately sidetracked. Google Gemini comes in very handy when I need quick answers, although sometimes she has no clue what I'm saying and she ends up giving me some very strange responses as a result. The Google Lens type feature that pops up when holding down the nav bar is helpful too. I've found myself using it for quick translations or when people text a word or phrase that I'm not familiar with. I downloaded the Novel Launcher on this phone as I had with my previous phone. It works great on the internal display but it doesn't work well on the external display because it carries the settings from the internal display over to the external display and so everything is squished and cut off in order to make it fit. If there were an option in Nova Launcher to set up two separate home screens for each screen of this phone then that would make the app more practical, but I'm happy enough with the customizability available on the external screen as Motorola designed it. I did have concerns with not being able to change out the internal screen protector, but after having this phone for a few weeks I've realized that it's much less of an issue than anticipated because of how much time the phone spends while closed. I've never dropped the phone with it open and the screen protector on the external display has done its jobe during those falls.     • Front camara screen protector is a must

its a very good phone, but make sure to get a front camara screen protector, the front screen scratches very easily, unless you get the 2024 model which uses the gorilla glass instead of the soft glass. but overall a very good phone with 4K video recording and hi res pictures. One more thing, the line in the middle where it folds, takes a few days before it becomes almost invisible. The fingerprint is sensitive, also uses wifi 6E, single sim card, plus for the cost its well worth. and is able to multitask without crashing. ... show more

This was my 2x trying Amazon Renewed. This time I purchased the LAST stated available 2023 described as "In OEM box, Box shows wear from opening". The Moto Razor Flip phone was described as "Like new". Immediately upon arrival w/o even opening the box I knew it was wrong as the package was far too light. I opened it & there was a Moto Razor w/obvious discoloration on the case from use + a CHIP in the bottom screen. Packaging was similar to a top end Samsung I ordered from Amazon Renewed & fulfilled by a 3rd Party in FL 2 years ago. I saved due to credit only $20 @ checkout over a NEW One. WORSE there's NO WAY to return this immediately (There' are 2 Amazon Return 2 locations within 2-5 minutes of my house. Just came back from one & CS stated "I've never seen this")). Instead Amazon MAY notify me when they'll ONLY pickup from my house in 3 days. I had this EXACT same problem with a $700+ Laptop that was supposed to be Brand New. I'm beyond a coder or tech guy & ran a battery cycle count software on that as the battery lasted 2 hours less than advertised. It was obviously a RETURN, re-sold as NEW, unless Compaq sells Laptops w/over 200 battery cycles already on them. Same thing w/2 PB's & a CH Android Tablet which still had the previous User's name & account information installed. Seriously, WHO is doing QC? I'll NEVER use Renewed again. Period. Even when you buy a NEW item it's 50/50 now you'll get someone else's return sold as New! eBay here I come again. Worst thing this was supposed to be a gift. OBVIOUS Screen CHIP really ticks me off. Since 2022 I'm now 2 for 8+ on purchases of tech devices. Buy with caution! ... show more

It's a fast phone with an awesome front and back camera. External display is unique in contrast to other phones on the market. There's no limits to what you can do on the external display which is cool! 120hz refresh rate, the Razr is also lightweight and the battery is great if you put it in standard battery saver mode when you take it off the charger didn't need to charge my phone for over a day. Watching movies, listening to music, playing mobile games is all great on this device! They even added RCS chats which encrypt text messages with iPhones. You even see read receipts too. Best phone I've ever had to date in my opinion! To use the 50MP rear camera, as well as 32MP selfie camera you have to toggle over to More and click the Ultra Res setting before snapping photos. Took me a while to figure that out ... show more
