Dislike the fact that it doesn't work on 12 volt. It was labeled 12 VT but nope. I have to cranck it in and out by hand which is a pain as you can imagine. Especially when you pay over a thousand for it. Amazon hasn't been and help trying to help us remedy this situation.

The instructions were a little difficult but the videos were helpful. the connections from the arms to the roller seem a little smaller than I would like to see. the overall quality is acceptable to me

We like the ease in which it opens and how it updates our camper. I do not like the fact that it was a couple days late in delivery when I had contracted to install it on the day of projected delivery.

For one the measurements are all in Metric. My fabric arrived with a scrape and the motor is impossible to adjust to get it to close.

I installed this awning as the video outlined, but the math in the manual is wrong in places. If you lay this out blindly following the instructions, it will need to be redone. CHECK IT OUT, DO THE MATH YOURSELF. I did the test run with a jumper battery pack as directed, it ran perfectly! Once hooked up to the wiring in the walls, the motor simply clicked and did not turn. The voltage never went below 11 so I figured there was a problem. I reconnected the battery pack and it worked fine. Long and short, I had to install a small remote battery near the switch (connected to the 12 volt for charging of course) and it all works fine, a bit down home engineering, but. . . The instruction manual said "If you need assistance call us" but there was no number or email to respond to. I finally heard back from them through Amazon, they said to watch the video, and that was it. So, my rating is product 4-star, service and instruction 1. ... show more

The awning is well made. Vinyl is thick and nicely decorated. We had some issues with receiving this product from fed ex, as they delivered to the wrong address to start. This product comes in 2 boxes which the seller does not indicate in the listing, but Fed Ex really did a bad job. The instructions are not that easy to figure out. We had already replaced an awning on an RV years ago, so we were sort of familiar with the procedure. Just be careful, because pics are not that clear either. Had an issue with the motor that turns the roller which opens and closes the awning. The seller was wonderful to work with on this issue and all in all everything worked out. ... show more
