Excellent bike for the money. Great workmanship very well built. Easy to assemble. Battery only lasted 14 miles. I’m hoping after full charge it will last longer. Manual suggests full drain before charge. Looking forward to many miles on this baby.

    • Rear rack frame is crooked

The media could not be loaded. The bike is nice, I’m excited to use it. Just ran into a pretty big issue. The rear rack frame comes with the rear 2 screws already installed. Main issue is the front 2 screws aren’t secured. So the entire rear rack either before or in transit got bent or was bent. The front 2 holes are a least 3/4 inch from the frame where the screws go. No matter which way you try to make it align…it’s just not going to. Super bummed because that seat is for my child to ride with me. Not sure how to go forward from here. Will finish bike install without rack until customer service addresses it. ... show more

First off, I’d like to say the build quality is unbelievable. I’ve ridden a number of electric bikes, but this one is solid, comfortable, and feels safe. However, the Advertisement says its a 48V 18Ah, but the battery is actually only a 15Ah. That I'm not happy with.

I had countless problems, but the main one was they forgot to put lining on the inside of the tire (on the rim thing) causing my inner tube to pop twice, but they gave a refund for the inner tubes tho so im doing good. Bike goes 30-32mph and I haven't tested the range enough but isn't nearly as far BUT this bike still beats like all other ones that are close in price so if you want a lot of bang for your buck I highly recommend buying this bike Also, please have knowledge on bikes and how to fix them I might have just got unlucky or something, but I had to tinker with my bike a lot, but I still wouldn't want a different bike I paid $800 after tax and it would give it a 9/10 for that price when its working normally ... show more

This bike was really easy to assemble. The bike is surprisingly powerful, you have to practice using it. It works well going up hill, and you don’t have to pedal if you don’t want to.

Got the bike on a Tuesday. Had it assembled in 30 minutes. Put over 120 miles on the bike since then and it’s just Friday. Pedal assist makes hills an easy task. I’m using it to commute 10+ miles to work and back with no worries about charging until I get home. I highly recommend anyone getting one of these powerful little bikes. ... show more
